Tavelsjö AIK rents out long-distance skates/poles to anyone who wants to try skating.

The skate rental is open throughout the winter as long as the ice track is open.

The skates can be rented from the small booth at Sundlingska Gården on Saturdays and Sundays between 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM and cost 150 SEK per pair per day. Please note that the skates must be booked in advance as the supply is limited.

Bookings can only be made here on the website.

Skates can be returned at any time on the same day they were booked through a small slot in the rental booth.

To use the skates, you need to wear sturdy boots so that your feet are reasonably stiff. The skates are fastened with two adjustable straps to fit the boots.

There are approximately 30 pairs of skates available in three different lengths suitable for various boot sizes. Additionally, there are 13 helmets available to borrow and some poles for rent.

Kicksleds are available to borrow for free at Sundlingska Gården or the parking lot at ICA Matboa. Remember to return the kicksleds to where you borrowed them.
